CEO & Founder
As CEO, Noah oversees Imprint Property Group, Imprint Living & Drever Construction Company
Noah brings 15+ years in real estate expertise, with experience in overseeing dispositions, recapitalizations opportunities, asset/portfolio management, investor relations, capital markets (both debt and equity), and acquisitions, including those through nonperforming loans and bankruptcies. He has repositioned or developed 10,000+ multifamily and senior housing apartments.
Noah holds an MBA from The Middlebury Institute of International Studies, with a concentration in international finance and a BA in English from Colorado College.
Noah is an FAA-certified instrument-rated pilot, avid Beekeeper, and is a Master Falconer.
Chief Financial Officer
Edward Baker is responsible for all financial and operational aspects of Imprint's investments in properties and private funds.
Edward has 17 years' experience in commercial real estate, including holding the position of CFO for a private REIT. He is an English Chartered Accountant. He has extensive experience and expertise in corporate and real estate acquisition, deal evaluation and negotiation, budgeting, financial control, financial management, and risk evaluation and management. He previously held the same position at Imprint's predecessor entities, Drever Capital Management and at Concierge Asset Management prior to its merger with Crossbeam Holdings, LLC.
While in the U.K., he served as CFO of a residential mortgage lender with $3 billion in on-book assets. Prior to that, he served as CFO of one of the U.K.'s largest privately owned Internet service providers. Edward has also worked in corporate finance with the U.K.'s largest residential real estate brokerage company, where he led the team that acquired a real estate brokerage branch network of 300 retail outlets. Moving to the U.S. in 2003, Edward served as Principal and CFO in two commercial property ventures, before starting in 2005 with Drever.
Edward earned both his Master's and Bachelor's degrees from Cambridge University. In his spare time, he enjoys biking and hiking, with his three teenage children.
As a Senior Accountant, Gustavo supports the team by assisting with financial statement preparation, entity management, and various tasks related to the month end close process.
Gustavo started his career with a Bay Area based construction company where he progressed through various roles within the finance department. In those roles, he gained experience with many facets of project-based accounting such as job cost analysis, budget variance reporting, and contract billing.
Gustavo earned both his Master's and Bachelor's degrees from Dominican University of California. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, exercising, and rooting for bay area sports teams.
The Drever Life Enrichment Services Team
Isabelle Drever, Managing Director, combined her 17+ years’ experience in businesses and nonprofits focused on wellness, arts, culture, youth development, seniors and real estate for an emphasis in 55+ active adult and multifamily development/redevelopment.
Mitchell A. Karasov
J.D., Programs Director
Mitchell A. Karasov, J.D., Programs Director, established and operated a full-service elder law firm, which included geriatric care planning, for 23 years. For 25 years, he has created and collaborated on programs for residents of 55+ active adult/senior communities, as well as those for multi-generational and multi-ethnic families.
Resident Services Director
Isabel Campbell, Resident Services Director, has 10+ years’ experience in implementation systems for resident programs at 55+ active adult and multi-family communities, as well as senior services for geriatric care and elder law clients.
